The staff were lovely and really helped me consider the cut I wanted. I was slightly nervous about having a lot of my hair cut off into layers so they offered to do this step by step so it wasn't such a drastic change. I love my hair now

even though my appointment has been changed from the actual time i chose, yodit has been super attentive and she called me the morning of the appointment telling me that the salon had few client and probably the noise of the hairdryers would have annoyed me.
i m a very ticklish person but she was patient with my jumps and she made me feel very confy.
deffo will go back again
