Loved my visit to Style Studio and really pleased with my hair cut and blow dry. Its a very relaxed atmosphere which I enjoyed. Elena cut my hair and I was thoroughly impressed!

When I entered Style Studio I was left waiting for a short while before being asked to take a seat on a sofa to wait. I then was called over by Elena to have a quick chat before a very thorough (3 long shampoos) hair wash. Then had the haircut. Having told Elena I'd like to keep most of the length, I was surprised that she cut so much off. I asked her to please not go any shorter to which she told me she wasn't, but continued cutting. She understood I was upset and said she should have asked me about something before doing it, and that she is all about the shape of the hair. She did not use any products, including any heat protection spray, and the whole experience took 1.5 hours. She did not smile at all and told me I had 'too thick hair' with a disdainful look. Having said all this, my hair is well cut, just not what I asked for at all.
