I received the massage/facial on a Friday morning in Nov 2017. The walls of the massage room don't extend to the ceiling, so all the noise (crying children and hairdryers) and cold air comes right in. By the end of my facial, I was shivering. The technique of the massage was average, and there was no explanation or consultation on products or technique for the facial. I left feeling just as stressed as I was before.
