My recent cut is absolutely awful. I asked for a cut to be below my shoulders with the end result being chopped 1inch above my shoulders. I feel like a boy and hate it!
I asked the same hairdresser for a cut with layers, thinned out with a U cut. Again, the huffs and puffs came because she wasn't understanding I wanted my hair thinned out with lots of short and long layers. I was in the seat for 2 hours which is ridiculous for a dry cut on short hair. She was getting frustrated which was putting me on edge.
Towards the end I had to tell the hairdresser my hair was not symmetrical to which she replied 'yeh I thought so'. This prompted the cut to be shorter than desired.
I asked her where my layers were? She pulled out a mirror and showed me the back of my hair, the top of my hair looked one length. She cut into my hair further without telling me she actually put all the layers underneath my hair (very odd).
I decided to tell the hairdresser the cut was A-okay to stop her from cutting my hair into a LOB cut. I left disheartened and absolutely upset.
I know hair grows, but because this cut was 1 week prior to an event I have been left devastated.
So disappointed.
