There was an issue with the booking, which was fine for me as I wasn’t in a rush, therefore my treatment was 40 mins late. The beautician offered me a 30’mins massage as an apology which was great. The facial was lovely, pleased with the treatment. It is quite a noisy salon. Some music would help.
