Cut much shorter than agreed, layers look awful and have clear line round my head where it was cut in, hair dresser poked me in the face with scissors. Wash was nice. Didn’t ask how I wanted it blow dried and made it look like a 1960s hair cut. She didn’t look like she knew how to cut hair
