Good haircut, very nice staff

The cut I received was the exact opposite of what I asked for. When I tried to clarify she told me what she wanted to do to my hair and didn't do anything that I asked for. When I said it was short enough she went on removing length. It's not even even. Also I was asked to remove my face mask several times and no one in the store was wearing one. There were no covid precautions being taken that I could see.
