NO PPE USED - Whilst the massage was good and I didn't mind the fact the treatment room is noisy, I was shocked and appalled to open my eyes from my massage to realise the therapist had not used any PPE and had been massaging from behind me so leaning over my face when in my back. Not okay.

Tala was very thorough and she tried her best to make it less painful.I was alittle late but she was very helpful! However due to lots of hair she said I would have to pay £10 pounds extra (from the prepaid) which I was happy to do so but initially refused to accept card payments,asked me to walk to atm, I explained that I would be more comfortable paying by card/bank transfer as it leaves evidence that I have paid extra after much discussion they eventually let me pay by card.

Tala was so so lovely and did a brilliant job with my Hollywood wax! I hadn’t had one for a while but she made me feel so comfortable and it turned out brilliantly. She’s patient and thorough and I’d highly recommend a visit. Thank you!
