Kerry is an excellent cutter, I wanted my fringe back but I hate a deep fringe, I asked for a wispy fringe. Kerry took it a little bit at a time until I was happy.
The rest of the trim of my graduated bob was perfect. She always asks if you want anything on your hair before blow dry, which is great because I don't and it's not the first time I've had to go back to the basin to have mousse washed out.

Kerry was friendly when I entered the salon, she was considerate to my needs at the basin, eg; was the water too hot? Was I comfortable ? This continued throughout my visit. I had a cut and blow dry. Kerry is very skilled at cutting and did a lovely blow-dry. Not once did I suffer from a too hot scalp or neck. Kerry and the other stylist made you feel welcome and there was good chat.
