Lovely welcome and clear explanation of how my appointment will be. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Offered refreshments etc. Great cut and even better a new look. So pleased as Rachel has given me advice on how to maintain it. Excellent experience so I’ve rebooked with Rachel. Nice feeling when you know you’ve found a reliable, experienced hairdresser and one that definitely listens.
