at the end of the haircut when I went to pay I was told “we prefer cash because treatwell take a 13% commission”. I offered to cover this on my card but they told me they couldn’t do that and asked me to go to the nearest ATM. I was not told this in advance and would not have minded had I not been made to feel I didn’t have a choice.
