Have been to Cocoon on several occassions , always really great value for money, prompt service. I'd certainly reccommed for a tidy up/ trim. Although I've never had a full restyle at this salon

Extremely happy with my choice - nice reception staff, fantastic stylist, lovely place. Despite the fact that the salon was extremely busy, I was given a lot of attention. Belen did a great job - she listened carefully and cut my hair really nicely; suggested what products are good for my hair, but without insisting on buying them in the salon, which is often so annoying in other places. Nice and professional.. Will go back.

Very pleased with the service that I received at the salon. My stylist took time to understand what I wanted to achieve with my hair and how best to style it. Did a great cut and blow dried exactly how I liked it. Was so impressed that I booked my next appointment before I left the salon.

Great looking salon, though staff feel standoff-ish and unfriendly. Hairdressing and grooming is a very personal experience, you need to make your clients feel at ease and they did not attempt to do this.
Hair wash was fine but no head massage, not even a little one. This would help to relax clients and make them feel pampered. Haircut by Belen was disappointing - it wasn't terrible, but it wasn't good. The back of my long hair was cut perfectly but the front was left uneven because she cut too much on one side. The right side sits gently against my face, as it should, while the left side has had too much cut away so there is no hair to place against my face! This does not complement my face shape.
I would like to mention that Belen is a lovely person, asked me if I wanted magazines to read while blow drying etc. The blow dry was quite good, she was able to give my fine hair some lift and body.
