I've been to cocoon 3 or 4 times now and nothing but great results. Friendly staff and a cool modern vibe. Highly recommend. The stylists are wonderful.

I was 20 minutes late, but the lady took me in, she was nice and polite and she did her best. However the wash wasn't good, my hair wasn't properly washed before, The blow dry was ok, not the best, just ok, I feel the lady didn't have too much experience, but I appreciate her effort, I think she can get better with time.
