What a find! I had such a lovely evening appt with Sarah. The salon is beautiful and Sarah was so welcoming. She is clearly a very experienced and professional hairdresser. Am delighted with my haircut and will definitely be heading back regularly. Can’t recommend enough!

Despite emailing in advance images of both colour and cut, I ended up with something very different from what I asked for. I wanted a natural highlight and simple trim. She gave me badger-striped 'balayage' streaks of treated hair so bleached they look white, against large blocks of my original light brown hair. The cut was reminiscent of something popular in the '90s, very dated, and will take months to grow out. On expressing to Sarah I received no apology or offer of a partial refund.
