Noisy neighbour—shop bell constantly chimed and there was loud chatter from the shop next door, background loud music from tenant above the location, making it hard to relax. Booking treatment indicated 1 hour 20 minutes but only lasted 45 minutes. Facial massage was nice, but the overall experience felt cheap and underwhelming. Towels and wipes used were low-quality, like Huggies, which was disappointing. Therapist was pleasant but didn’t explain treatment or tools being used.
