I think this was the best Brazilian keratin treatment I've done in my entire life. I am not joking at all, this is serious. The staff was very helpful in clarifying the procedures, quite unpainful and the results were/are outstanding. I've done a couple of times this treatment in others saloons here in London and didn't last for two weeks. Quite expensive and frankly speaking: crap. So I've decided to only do it when I go back to Brazil for holidays. I finally found the exactly same treatment I was doing there but now here in London, and actually better! I totally recommend doing this treatment at Queen's lounge. Your hair will become very shiny, straight, anti-frizz and looking healthy for a long time. Very happy to finally found a place here in London that I can trust in doing this treatment. Go for it, you won't regret.
