The therapist and receptionist were nice and kind—so I’m sorry to leave a bad review. But the massage just didn’t feel effective, it didn’t feel like a deep tissue massage, the room was cramped, it was all very disappointing. After an hour and a half I left feeling as tired as I was when I went in—and feeling like this had been a waste of time and money.
