I have lived in the area just 8 weeks and been to this salon twice already. The girls are all so polite, friendly, and welcoming. I had a pedicure and a hair cut, both came out exactly as I wanted. I will definately use this salon regularly for all my beauty needs.

First time trying queens lounge . Receptionist was very kind and helpful however she was only 2 of the staff that spoke English . My pedicure was lovely and looked pretty however can’t say about my gel manicure . I asked and paid extra for white tips that didn’t look the same and most of my finger the gel looks lumpy and not smooth . Also it didn’t help when they can’t speak English and can’t understand you . Staff shouldn’t speak in a different language when doing nail as it makes the customer feel uncomfortable however everyone was lovely .

Love coming here. Only place I go to. Wal is so lovely and sweet and makes me feel comfortable and takes extra care. They are fully booked today and have to resort to somewhere else. :(
