Ester was very nice and used just the right strength (I asked for 'strong') for the full body massage. My whole body felt relaxed afterwards. I would definitely go again. 😊

As always, my manicurist does a great job and gave me a long lasting shellac mani and pedi, although I was disappointed to be charged £7 for the removal of shellac from 3 toes, especially as its a lightweight shellac formula by a trusted brand that takes 60 seconds to remove. The colour choice is great however and they use genuine OPI and shellac (albeit that they mix top coat from other gel systems). The therapists are lovely but do not expect much conversation or entertainment when you go unless you speak Portuguese. Which is fine by me, as I just want to switch off! But the ambience isnt that relaxing as its so busy

The tinting and actual shape that they gave me were both fine but I normally require my shaping done by threading but there is only one person at the salon who can thread. Even though I have sensitive skin, I had to have wax done and it gave me pimples all over my eyebrows which were unsightly. Not sure if some people should never have wax or if their equipment needs to be better cleaned? I wish they would all train in threading so I don't have to deal with this 😞
