Therapist was good, done the job. However, there was no social skills, my therapist took me to the room and just left me in the room without saying anything, after wax was done, I had to show myself out, my therapist was no where to be seen, the after care was not there. Also I was booked in for full leg wax however my therapist said maybe I'm "confused" when I consulted the receptionist just said was there is a typing error on treatwell - ( not even an apology or any sort was given). One more thing the room I was in, the door did not shut properly and the lock was broken - Lack of privacy.

I had high expectations of the salon because of the reviews, but was quite dissapointed. When I entered the whole salon just smelled like burn from the blowdryers and the staff were wearing covers in front of their mouth as well, which didn’t give me a good first impression. The technique that my stylist used I found quite questionable as she was literally creating knots in my hair. I left the salon with a sore scalp and a haircut/style that wasn’t really what I asked for. Won’t go back.
