Great service as usual. However, a but pricy for the service if you have long hair. The price difference for the blow dry is a bit much for the outcome.

The foot spa was filled with cold water, not drained fully from the previous person. There was hair floating around the water. After I had a pedicure they asked me to walk over in bare feet to the manicure station, this is also a hair salon so as I walked over my feet were covered in hair. What I booked said it would be shellac, it wasn’t. 2 days later the colour has already started to chip. Wouldn’t go back.

I'm in love of my hair and the treatment done by Yasmin was fantastic. She is professional and at the same time, she makes me laugh with other people around making a good and pleasant atmosphere. This is the second time I've done my hair at Queen's Lounge and I'm proud to be their client without disappoint.
