Very rude and cold. Really not to expect from Brazilians. Only interested about the money. Didn’t not explain the promotions price. A bit of a scam to be honest. Very disappointed. The lady that done my waxing, Val was the only professional one. Was looking forward to go back to her with my daughter and sisters but cant stand the way I was treated there. Very poor customer service.
