After the removal of the extensions my nails were very brittle and actually hurting which can be a result of having extensions. For that reason I expressed my concern to the staff that considering the state of my nails it would perhaps be best not to do shellac. They then advised to apply a plain polish which I agreed to. When I went to pay the difference for the extensions removal I asked whether there was a price difference between shellac that I had already paid for and the plain polish that I ended up getting and she said that they were the same price in a very cold tone. That’s the first time I’ve been told it’s the same price for regular polish and shellac. Also the polish had chipped within the day. Won’t be going back..

I used to love the place a lot but the last time was awful. The specialist neither could not polish my nails as asked her nor cover my nail with a polish evenly. The staff was friendly though when I asked to calculate the refund. Unfortunately, I can not recommend this place anymore.
I recommend the specialists to be more professional and understanding.
