Went for a fringe trim, didn’t get who I booked even though nobody else was in there. Showed pictures of Bardot style fringe and they seemed happy enough, and the manager explained toy stylist what I wanted - but the stylist just nodded and cut straight across. Uneven length on each side, and when I questioned it she just kept snipping away randomly. They said it was uneven “because I have more hair this side”, and “when you wash it will be fluffier” when actually the stylist just didn’t know what she was doing. The manager lady came and tried to fix it a bit but not much to be redeemed without making it super short. Then they just decided they were done and retreated behind the desk. My fringe is now totally uneven and straight cut across. Sweet people, and nice coffee but should’ve just said they couldn’t do it rather than screw my hair up. Or atleast own it and apologise!
