My daughter went for a haircut and asked for a certain amount to be cut off. She requested more to be cut a secound time. She left the salon with many split ends after advising the hairdresser she wanted more cut off and was unhappy. She is only 16 years old and she felt she made it clear that she wanted more cut off and for some reason this was not listened too.
