If you book via Treatwell - call before you go! I got all the way there, walking 20 mins with a broken toe - to find there was no appointment for me whatsoever, despite me having the email confirmation on my phone as proof. I offered to wait and I was told not to bother, and they didn't even attempt to offer me a new appointment. I was told there must be "something wrong with my Treatwell". The booking is still under my bookings on Treatwell. Very bad service and extremely disappointing.
