I gave one star but doesnt deserve any. My appointment was at 1.30pm. I arrived at the salon at 1.20pm and received a text from Marta that she was going to be 15 mns late. She finally turned up before 2pm without acknowledging me or apologising. At that point I didnt want her to cut my hair and wanted my money back. She said that she was late because she was on her lunch break and was waiting for an Amazon parcel! I couldnt believe it. She paid me back in cash. Very poor customer service.
I've had Karol cut my hair befire he was at this venue, so about 3 or 4 years now. I've moved to Scotkabd and still come down to have my haircut with him. He's a fabulous hairdresser and everyone asks me if I've had a designer cut because he's so good. I highly recommend him and tell my friends too. All the best Karol, till the next time.
Super accomodating when I turned up early. Marta was very friendly and the haircut exactly what I wanted. Will definitely be going back!
