One of my worst salon experiences. When I arrived at the salon the hairdresser made the judgement that I had a lot hair which may be complicated. We had the brief conversation about the possibility of doing my hair type (4b) and she said she would. I had my hair washed and I was told to wait as the hairdresser was finishing off another client. Whilst I was waiting I over heard her say to the client that she did not think it was possible to do my hair as it looked like “dreadlocks”.
