I initially went to get a blowdry, was surprised it was open on Sunday but was pleased. I wanted a bouncy blowdry, went in and was attended to straightaway. Once she had washed my hair she explained my hair was too ‘straight’ for a blowdry and I’ve never had an issue no where else. She blowdried my hair straight and used straighteners which I didn’t really want and my hair dropped within a few hours so was disappointed but she did try her best to give me what I wanted.
