Unfortunately, fairly poor customer service. I did not feel very welcome when I arrived for my hair cut and was barely spoken to through out my visit. The stylist pulled a face at me when I tried to tell her the look I wanted, which made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. Also, there was still leftover hair from the previous hair cut on the surface infront of me which is quite gross, and some of the styling equipment appeared to not be working well.
Fortunately the hair wash, cut and styling were good. I cannot fault the quality of the service itself, and was pleased with and grateful for the final look. I would just suggest improvements in cleanliness and customer service, and this would be a great salon.
