Never actually had the facial. On the day of the first appointment they contacted me, to advise me their supplier had let them down with some products needed, and would I like to book a different type of facial. I opted to re-book one week late, same thing happen for the second appointment, are they
incompetent with ordering their supplies, or did they not want to honour the deal ? I cancelled and asked for a full refund.
