The service was great, I had the Eyebrow shape and tint and was very happy with it. However I had to wait 30 minutes for my appointment when I had booked a certain slot that was confirmed. The duration of my appointment was only 30 minutes so I was rather annoyed at waiting all this time with nothing as compensation or not much of an explanation. That being said we all have bad days and I wouldn't let this put me off going again as the service was extremely good. Hopefully I wont have to wait next time
I got a very nice hair colour and a fantastic head massage from the lady; I will probably book again.
I've now had several haircuts at this salon - always a great experience. The salon is spotless and staff are friendly and well-trained.
Great salon! I've been to the salon for a haircut, highlights and a facial. I never get facials but went on someone's recommendation and thought she did a great job - will definitely be buying the treatments as gifts . The hairstylist cut my hair exactly as I wanted and helped me pick out a good subtle colour so felt quite at ease. The place is clean and the staff are friendly so will be back!
The service was fantastic everything done to perfection, even the staff are such a delight to be with they made me so comfortable and relaxed with all my treatments and I have now become a regular client of Studio.
