Knowledgeable, friendly staff and a relaxed environment. The treatment was beneficial but you do need to go regularly to feel the real effects. A very positive experience.

I went here for the first time. Found the place incredibly clean, calming and the lady was very welcoming and explained a lot about the lymphatic massage and how the body works. It felt very welcoming and I will definitely be coming back. I can't say for sure regarding weight loss as I only had one massage and I was told I would need to see three for some form of changes.

I just love this treatment! It's rather passive and simple to complete but gives you a very vigorous workout. I felt so much tension release in the days after using the roll shaper so I now feel overall lighter, calmer and I sleep better. My skin feels smoother and softer as well. And I've only done it twice now in as many weeks. I will miss doing this while I'm away on holiday but I'll be booking this first thing I get back! I think it's really important to make it a regular thing so the benefits add up to bigger changes over time. Can't wait for my next one! :)
