This place has been part of my life for almost a year now and I love it! The staff are friendly and professional. The experience is relaxing and beneficial. I particularly like the Roller Shaper but all treatments are fantastic! The staff have the knowledge to let you know what treatment will best suit your needs. I would definitely recommend this place!

I arrived at the studio expecting a manual massage however staff explained what I had actually booked and it was good for the money! Felt lighter and more energetic the next day. Just a warning that this makes you feel exhausted straight after!

Great treatment.. I’m feeling the affects now! (I was warned after the first session i might be a little sore) However I have never slept better.. I would highly recommend this treatment to anyone who has aches and pains or trouble sleeping.
