Great facial, the room itself that Iwas in didn'tfeel so comfortable and the bed was too high to get up on but the facial itself has been really good

The treatment procedure itself was fine; the make up removal, cleanse, scrub, hydrabrasion, extractions and LED. However, I didn’t feel particularly welcomed into the salon or settled when I got to the chair/bed. I would have liked to have felt more pampered. My treatment did it’s job but there wasn’t any relaxing music playing, or any explanation of the treatment step-by-step.
