A friend & I booked to have the Radio frequency luxury facial at the same time but they called to say they only had 1 machine. They offered a free Pressotherapy each while the other had the facial. I really appreciated their attempt to resolve this proactively & make it work for us. The facial was good, I think! The description on Treatwell did not tell us what 'luxury' meant over the other radio frequency facials & when I had the facial the therapist didn't tell me what they were doing hence 4*
