Ladies if you want to feel, better, gain health, loose weight. Figure studios can help, what you need is patience because it took a long time for us to gain weight than carry it for years , so be at least a year patient to see a healthy transformation, in the mean time , enjoy the changes your bodies are going through, Iv learned at the end our bodies needs a deep cleansing/detoxing, While you do treatments,eating healthy very important, more than exercise yes exercise helps you get there faster
