I do feel you get as much out of these roller sessions, as you put in... When I first started I was leaning too hard, putting all my body weight into each 'position' - which helped my muscles, no doubt, but did little to nothing for lymphatic drainage. I only know that now - having been there repeatedly - light pressure, and constant movement, is key. I leave feeling tingly, and energised. The block booking discounts are definitely worth the money.
