the staff were lovely! so accommodating and got my nails / brows perfect the first time! i must especially give praises to the gentleman who did my manicure for me, as he not only soaked my old set off but gave me an even better new one!

Application of acrylics could be better, surprisingly took more than an hour and quite aggressive filing after. Cuticles were still flooded and no care throughout except cuticle oil massaged in at the end. Atmosphere was tense eventhough it was only 10am. No breakdown for price of nails, quoted £65 at first, asked for student discount and was told “Yeah, it’s £60. I already calculated for you.” Too lazy to ask further. Came in next day again for touchup, staff was still tense. don’t think I’d come back.
