Booked an appointment at 11 didn’t get seated till 11.25. Had booked it during the ‘early bird promotion’ which wasn’t honoured. Seems they take online bookings but realistically it’s walks in and times aren’t kept to. Booked at 11 for the 1 hr 15 min pedicure as I had plans on the afternoon, still seated gone 12.30 had to tell the lady I was on a time restraint which resulted in me not even receiving the full deluxe treatment which I was still charged for.
