Was nervous about trying this place when I moved to Nottingham a few months ago. I've had bad experiences in the past with burns from the wax but never had any issues here, I'll be sticking with them! Been several times now for facial waxing and had 3 different beauty therapists, all have been good.

The overall service felt quite rushed. The lady that did my nails was a bit rude when I commented on the shape of them when she asked if I was alright with them (I wasn't familiar with the BIAB process, and I'm still not happy with the shape and didn't feel confident enough after her snapping at me to challenge again - she didn't give me an apex on the nail really and they bulge out upwards towards the end). She kept rushing through and any time anyone walked through the door, even when she was still applying the BIAB gel or shaping my nail, shouting that she could take the next client and would only take 5 more minutes - which didn't fill me with a lot of hope for the thoroughness of my service.
I also think that you could have done better to coach me on the service I was getting and possibly done better to see if my nails could take it.
Three of my nails now have huge cracks in almost down at the bottom so I don't think my natural nail was healthy enough for BIAB - even with the hard gel they've cracked within 2 days. Seems like an absolute waste of money to be honest - I'd rather someone just have told me that my nail couldn't take it so I would just get acrylics again instead. I now have to go to a salon and spend a huge amount of money for another removal and fresh acrylics on top of the service I literally just paid for after less than a week.
Other than that though the salon was really nice and generally the staff were really polite and lovely. The lady who took payment helped me connect to the WiFi when I didn't have good signal, and I'm always grateful for a place that takes bank transfer as well as cash.
The speed of getting seen to was a bonus too - I find in a lot of salons walk-ins and appointments alike take 20-30 minutes to be seen to, but here I got sat and started on within 5-10 minutes.
Honestly, I'm not so sure I'll be back - I've only been twice and I wasn't happy with my nails either time :(
