Eyebrow wax was okay however my eyebrow area wasn't cleaned before, the staff member did not wear gloves or a mask and just overall not a very personalised or pleasant experience.

Great manicure. However, cleanliness and hygiene in the salon needs improvement. When I sat down, the pieces of kitchen towel that were down had clearly been used for a client before me and were not clean. I did not see anyone change the kitchen towel at any of the workstations in between clients, or clean/sterilise any of the tools used. Atmosphere was quite tense
