I was charged an extra £10p/h "out of hour" fee which was not mentioned anywhere on the website. If you can't accommodate on the day bookings, don't accept on the day bookings on the platform. If you're going to charge a special fee for certain hours, clearly state this when clients book. I was left in a situation where I had a lock of a practical alternative but to accept this fee. If this fee had been advertised at the outset I would've gone earlier or elsewhere. Would not come here again.
