Very dissatisfied. I had eyelash extensions applied on the 28th June for a night out the following day. By the Sunday (30th) my lashes were falling out. Not only would I wake up with them all over my face but when I brushed them I would lose mass amount. I contacted the Salon on the Tuesday to express my concerns. I was offered a half an hour appointment the following week which I wasn’t happy about as the amount of gaps would’ve taken a lot longer. As I live local I offered to come in for them to see the condition they were in but was reassured by the receptionist that she had spoken to the manager and told me to come in for an hour slot on the 10th free of charge. I expressed my worries as this app was a whole two weeks after my initial appointment and I would no doubt be coming into the salon with VERY LITTLE to none lashes left with the rate they were falling out. I went to my appointment only to find out I hadn’t been put on the system and was told to come in the following day to get them done. I provided a time and shown my call log to prove that I had spoke to someone and had booked the appointment however, I was told the person I spoke to was off for the day and the only thing they could offer me was a half price full set as the lashes were practically non existent. How this is my fault I do not know! I am severely upset I spent £40 on them for them to last all of 48hrs! it’s the first time I used this company and never again! I have had my lashes done in the past that have lasted all of three weeks before they started to shed, the only reason I trialed this place was because my normal lash lady was fully booked and this salon is local. The fact my appointment could only be made for two weeks later meaning more work needed to be done is no fault of my own. I do not recommend this place at all.

The lady who did my facial was so informative about my skincare. She did a great job and my skin was left super glowy afterwards. I actually have these tiny bumps on my face but I noticed the next day they were gone! My skin never felt so smooth! I’ve already booked my second appointment.
