Honestly, my first impression made me think this was going to be terrible. The towel after my hair wash didn’t smell great and I felt like she wasn’t really listening when I explained the style I wanted before starting. I got so worried. But wow, I was completely wrong. My hair turned out AMAZING. She gave me the unreal bouncy blow dry and it looked so good. I genuinely was shocked by how much I loved it in the end!

Had my brows laminated and then also ended up getting my blonde roots touched up. The brow lamination was okay but I had scabs and peeling skin around my eyebrows so think they were too rough. The highlights / root touch up was terrible.
