My first visit to the salon; I will definitely be returning. Jacobo did an amazing job with my highlights/lowlights/balayage plus a beautiful cut. I’m so happy with the colour choice and his skill in application. The salon is relaxing and glam.

I had a 5* haircut by Arta the first time i went there but the second time i went, i booked Jacopo either in error or he was the only one available. Anyway, i had specifically asked (first time) for no razor to be used on my hair. I was assured no razors existed in the salon. Second hair cut, my hair was razored. Now i have wispy horrible ends. Wasn’t asked if i wanted productos in my hair. Had to wash when i got home as was all sticky and dried, not glossy and fresh. Very upset.
