Poor experience. Wanted long layers but emphasised not too short around my face/not chin length. Left with short layers around my face. Very upsetting to not be listened to. Said I wasn’t happy but told “it looks good” as if it was ok to ignore me.

I booked an upper lip wax appointment with them. After they have waxed my upper lip, they put oil on the waxed area but my upper lip felt burnt. After 5 hours, I still feel the burnt and my skin got irritated. I may need to visit a doctor 🙃
