I arrived and she greated me very nicely. I was in a fluster but she calmed me down and made me feel at ease straight away. I explained how I would like my hair, showed her a picture and she asked a couple of questions about it. She washed my hair and actually added a purple special shampoo as I had done the dye hair blonde bit of hair turned orange scenario off her own back which worked a treat. She then cut my hair with a razor which was wonderul. Lovely cut. Really smart. Thank you x

I am so pleased I found Heather last year. Each time I come to Studio 48 it’s a joy. Heather communicates really clearly about the process she’s going to do and anticipated result. My hair looks fab each time. Heather’s attention to detail is unrivalled. I came here to do my hair colour before my wedding and I still look back on the pictures because the colour looks so good!!
