I had a wash, cut and blow dry with Sophie which was very well done. Blowdrys never last as I have very silky hair but Sophie went the extra mile to keep my curls tight so they last the night. My hair was left soft, bouncy and the finish looked really professional!
The only issue was the male salon next door which had direct access to the female salon. This made privacy quite difficult especially as someone who wears a hijab. I didn’t know about this prior to my visit!

I booked in for 9:30 via Treatwell, but I was made to wait 15 minutes before they turned up and was told "we open and 9:30, doesn't mean we start at 9:30", I was shocked. I booked in for a Wash, Cut and Curly Blow-dry, but the Stylist decided to use Tongs to curl my hair which wasn't the look I wanted, she burnt my forehead with the hot iron which left a mark. (floor cleaned with bleach at same time) I had to curl my hair again at home as I was heading to a wedding and I still have split ends.

Unfortunately, the venue was having a powercut when I went in but I still had a very good experience. Sophie was a fantastic and very experienced stylist who gave me lots of good advice about caring for my damaged hair.

Sophie was really lovely and was very professional my hairs naturally very dark and she knew exactly how to lift it took her time and was very attentive.
My hair has never felt in better condition after leaving a salon(:
