It was an enlightening experience. Sophie was amazing and she offered me so much advice on my hair and skin which I will be taking note of .I have already booked my next appointment with her for hair colouring and I am looking forward to that .

The lady arrived 90 mins late, no one in store to greet me. It was very disappointing service, Sophia finally arrived and shouted throughout. She didn’t stop to listen at all. It was honestly the worst experience ever.
