Incorrect price charged more at venue after doing treatment then notified of the charge. Next time please notify the client before doing the wax of additional charges.

Review:
My massage started 30 minutes late due to an another customer having her hair washed; I was left waiting in a cold room with no explanation. The therapist’s phone kept ringing, and there were loud conversations from the men’s section next door, which made it impossible to relax. The salon didn’t feel clean or organised, with needles left out from procedures. Instead of apologising for the delay, the therapist tried to sell me more services. Very unprofessional — I won’t be returning.

Sophie prefer to do another customer and left me another staff member who did not do proper job and really slow all her clothes and head scarf was touching my legs as well as her hands was covered with wax as well which was pulling my skin she left so many long hairs and said because my hair are strange
